ABN AMRO buys OyezStraker from Hermes(2)

ABN AMRO Capital, the private equity affiliate of Dutch bank ABN AMRO, has bought a majority stake in UK office supplies distributor OyezStraker Group from Hermes Private Equity for £41.2 million.
