CCMP Asia, Teachers Private Capital acquire NZ Yellow Pages

CCMP Capital Asia and the private investment arm of Ontario’s Teachers’ Pension Plan have overcome heavyweight competition to acquire Yellow Pages in New Zealand for $1.54 billion.
