Permira's Buffini takes chairman's role and boosts management team(2)

Nordic head Kurt Björklund and his US counterpart Tom Lister are to be appointed co-managing partners in response to the firm's dramatic growth over the last decade which has seen it grow from €2 billion under management to €22 billion.
