SEC consults LPs as it scrutinises fees

SEC inspectors are reaching out directly to investors, asking about their interpretations of certain LPA items, and whether they feel they are being unfairly charged for fees and expenses, according to panellists at the 2015 PE/VC Finance and Compliance Forum.
