The Northern England-focused buyout firm has brought in former LivingBridge CFO Prem Mohan Raj.

The firm has created a new leadership role in business development and investor relations to be filled by Kevin O’Donnell on 29 August.  

Ex-Adams Street Partners CIO Hanneke Smits, who established and grew Adams Street’s business in Europe and Asia, replaces Helena Morrissey at the London-based investment manager.

Huda Al Lawati has been appointed CIO of Saudi food and retail group Savola.

The UK turnaround firm has hired Sanjiv Padmanabhan as a portfolio director as it continues to deploy its £525m fourth fund.

Annette Wilson has left the firm, which closed an oversubscribed €850m fund in June 2015.
